Senior Staff



Gerard Queally

Gerry has been working as a senior executive in the non-profit sector since 1998, serving as the Chief Financial Officer for both Ingraham and Harbor Family Services prior to joining Spectrum Generations in July of 2011. He is a 1985 graduate of SUNY Maritime College and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. He is also a graduate of Maine Institute for Civic Leadership, Lambda class. Additionally, Gerry serves as Captain in the U.S. Navy Reserve. He resides in Brunswick with his wife Caroline and their four daughters.



Deb Halm

Debra has worked for Spectrum Generations for more than 20 years in diverse leadership roles. Currently, holding the position of Vice President of Operations, responsibilities have spanned Outreach, Nutrition, Family Caregiver, Case Management, Adult Day Services, Community Centers and Home Care Services, among others. Debra has her BS from the University of Maine at Orono and MBA from Thomas College with a specialization in Human Resources. Debra and her husband reside in Waterville, Maine as parents of two adult children.



Julie Olum

Julie has extensive non-profit experience, having worked as the Assistant Controller for Maine Veterans Homes and as a Business Manager for the Maine Community College System, before joining Spectrum Generations as the Director of Finance in February 2010. She is a graduate of the University of Maine at Augusta and received her Master's of Business Administration from Thomas College. Julie, along with her husband Jeff and their two children, reside in Augusta.



Debra Silva

Debra has been with Spectrum Generations for 15 years helping people live their best lives !! Previously Debra has been a Key management team member of a major Vermont Ski Resort and a small business entrepreneur; she also has two years experience in economic development arena in the central Maine region.



Phyllis Lamarre

Phyllis has been with Spectrum Generations since August of 1995. Prior to Spectrum Generations she managed the Human Resources and Payroll Departments for Pejepsot Paper Company and Statler Tissue, both paper manufacturing companies, for more than 18 years. Her expertise includes employee relations management, recruitment, hiring, policies and payroll administration. She attended Gates Business College and holds a degree in Business and Accounting.
