- Create dining environments that provide delicious food and serve as a gateway to holistic, intellectual and interactive lifestyles.
- Spectrum Generations for Help at Home, Respite Services, and Adult DayBreak
- Deliver top-quality in-home assessment, service management, companionship and support services.
- Spectrum Generations for Fun, Lifelong Learning, and Adventure
- Increase the range of fun, active, intellectually stimulating and vital programs and opportunities for mature adults.

- Provide strong leadership on behalf of the interests of the growing older adult population.
